Good to know Sarsin cause something I noticed is that I rarely met coloured ppl.in trance parties/festivals.GOODY GOOD!

That's how it should be.

Actually one of the things I enjoy most in festivals is to see so many different cultures dancing together under one roof:"God's roof"

I'M SURE HE LOVES IT WHEN IT'S PURE ESPECIALLY DURING AN ECLIPSE OCCASION

Most people at CT trance parties are white (like +95%) but its cool, everyone is welcome, you never come across any racism.

In Cape Town there are also people of Malaysian origin (the cape spanish ) who you tend to see at trance parties, coloured people fewer, and black people even fewer. Indians very few as well, since there is not a big community there.

Up here in Joburg in much more of a mix up, but its a house scene, psy trance not so I am afraid, its too fast (I tried, promise!)

'Colored people' seems a lil derogatory.
Im sure u dont mean it but maybe u need to rephrase the wording. It comes out a bit wrong.

As for teh question.. everyone's colored right !!
White/brown/black all colors friend.

Um in south africa, the term to call someone "Coloured" is a seperate race...i.e mixed race...

its a common term here and is not considered derogatory

i have some coloured friends and for them , they themselves call themselves coloured.

also btw.......malaysian = cape spanish ?? huh? maybe i dont get out much , but what the fuck!!!!?????

cape malay maybe...i cant see a connection between malaysia and spain.....

yeah man, we call each other what we want and no one gets offended. alot of young people from difirent races in SA joke alot about the racist bullshit that went down in the past. why keep quiet about it. it happened, we sorted it out, and will make sure it never happens again.

Hey my people, as a so called "Coloured and Cape Malay Muslim, who comes from the Ghetto in Cape Flats." This is not offensive, i'm proud of who i am! I love the fact that when i get to a party, everyone kinda sheds there skin, and well, we all just stomp and enjoy ourselves till the sun comes up....
So welcome to all who comes to Cape Town my Brothers & Sisters!!

LOL @ Hex!! That is the true Capie style!! Duidelik!!

Yeah, the people here are so used to their sorta nicknames, hardly anyone gets offended anymore, its just what we call each other.......I mean the coloureds & africans call us names that are really quite funny!!           :: Life can be as bitter as dragon tears
But whether dragon tears are bitter or sweet
depends entirely on how each man perceives the taste ::
