I don't agree. Then again, tastes differ. I think this album is a bit boring, especially compared to Twin Coast Discovery.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

for me, this is still the best trance album of all-time           Load Universe into Cannon. Aim at Brain. Fire.

It has been raining here for 6 days now... I got fed up with all the music - nothing could please, but I reminded myself of the time I used to listen to Antix - Lull when it just came out at these reainy days - calm, floating, intelligent music

This definitely is one the best albums out there, too pitty the guys moved to the clubbier side, though.           [ cuBe ] :: cubeg.org •

they do the clubbier side very well too, it's just we have so many other acts for that (even if not done as tastefully), but there is almost quite nothing like the antix of lull           Load Universe into Cannon. Aim at Brain. Fire.

Well, actually there is. You're just not looking in the right music. There's some dubstuff out there that'll grab you if you like the Antix of the Lull period. And also, there is this compilation (track 1): http://www.psyshop.com/shop/CDs/man/man1cd003.html
Once again, check the netlabels like Thinner/autoplate, stadtgruen etc. etc.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

Yeah! That compilation by Manta Records is preety cool. Daydreamer by Sun Control Species is an epic track. But it can't beat Lull, an album for the trance hall of fame. One of the best ever.

I bought this cd about 3 years ago listen to it twice or so and then I forgot all about it until 10 months ago.

I put it on and BANG! it's like a rebirth and I played it over and over again.

I have that all the time. buying records, playing them a few times, thinking they're ok and then forgeting them.
then after a while I put them back on and I go: "Damn, this is some kickass music!"

it's like I appreciate it better after a while.

strange ain't it?

nice to see that a release of 2003 is still on top in the review section
and I think we all know why ?
Antix rules,
the minimal concept they created was never done before and so perfect for home listening or in your car,
a magic how you can create with so little and many sound such a perfect construction,
I always experienced progressive as more baseline tinted an less psychedelic, listening to reefer decree, beat bizarre, aurical in the years 2000 - 2001 -2002 I wasn't ready to experience that kind of psychedelic,
but antix open-end my eyes and thank them for that,
one thing is needed, a very good sound system,
every detail is needed to fully experience the atmosphere and psychedelic pots and pans travelling from your left to your right speaker...
after three years now I still enjoy this album what proves good albums always last...

I would say keep up the good work but I didn't like their second album that much, but at the other hand better then 'lull' was impossible imo, I didn't expect antix to create that,
but hey still what am I saying keep up the good work off course a third antix album would be wonderful
