After much deliberation & soul searching we have decided to shut the label down to allow us to pursue other paths in life.
Our back catalogue will remain available to buy, in traditional & digital format, through the store on this site.
Thanks very much to all the artists whose music we've released & to everyone who has bought our records & supported us over the last 10 years. It's been quite some journey!!

Yeah, very sad news indeed. After 2-3 releases in 2004, I actually thought the rumor wasn't true, but maybe the sales wheren't that good.
Releases like the Cosmosis albums, "A Progress In Trance", and the "Transient", "Mashed Mellow Grooves" and "Trancelucent" series will not be forgotten.

This is very sad news - One of the premier psychedelic trance labels gone :-/
Theres only left to say..... "Thank you Transient for the great releases you have given us over the years, I will surely miss your unique style and courage to try new things.... "

Wow, the first Cosmosis album on Transient was one of the very first psytrance CDs I bought. Sad day for me.

R.I.P. - hope those guys find a good path for their lives now... it must have been a lot of work over the last decade!
