Another kid dies in Brazil after a party

This is the 4th time, THIS YEAR, shit like this happens in Brazil.
And we are starting to get used to shit like that.
The cause, of course was too much drugs. And the exhausting heat and the fact that the party went OUT of water.
But still, do people often die, or at least have to be taken to a hospital in your country?
I mean, does this happen a lot like in your country?
Or most people know how to take drugs??
Btw, 3 more people died after this party.
One was ran overed by some drunk kid, and the other crashed into a bus. |

yes...it is trully sad....
i guess in the end it all depends on how responsable you are, and when you know its enough...
its sad, cause stuff like that has a really bad repercusion on the society, and people start going after the psy scene, looking forward to shut it down, when they dont even see a positive side of it (well...when people are dieing, who cares about the positive side of it =/ )
plus that is some horrible administration...the party going out of water is just TERRIBLE...it does happend quite alot, cause the water do go out fast....but your job as a party organizer os to think beforehand exactly those kind of issues, and have sollutions ready for them....same goes to heat, we all know that it will be hot as hell...why the hell didnt he put some shades in the dance floor???
so it goes on....sad, really sad...

shit man,thats very sad.in greece(thesaloniki)one girl died about a month ago outside the club,from drug use(young,around 20 i think).but other than that no,i havent heared about another death recently.

It has happened in Mexico too, recently I haven't heard of any deaths, but once a person tried to break in, into a party and he fell into a chasm, broke his neck and remained having convulsions for 4 hours (there was no ambulance) until they were able to rescue him, but he died not so long after that.
Another time a river flood a party in Guadalajara and some people drowned.
And yet another time at a festival made at the beach 3 guys decided to brave the open and dangerous sea and one of them drowned

It happens everywhere, last year by NYE near Barcelona a boy died at the technofest. and just weeks before was anotherone in France. Here in Holland also you see it, there was specially few years ago when ghb was in. Like in 3 weeks few in coma and 3 dead. in clubs, techno parties, pasy parties it can be anyplace where irresponsables takes drugs.

I went to Goa this year and met up with some friends from my country Lebanon. one of guys never returned, he died there from a overdose of mixed drugs. It was really sad because he was a brilliant person and had an amazing career in front of him
The problem is that many young people are not aware that taking drugs comes with consequences and not always happy sunny trips. And when you have Raja Ram coming out in a track and shouting "Let's all take some mescaline" shit might happen, people get excited and might loose control!

thats really sad..
but not shocking i mean..
in the FAMOUS brazilian carnaval people die too,directly(too much drugs .. etc) and indirectly (drunks hiting cars and killing people .. etc)
but the press dont release this informations because big companies run this parties...and they are a symbol to Brasil... but raves? who care about raves? no one,they will say shit..not surprising!
and well... 4 people in one year?? of course thats bad,but its not a lot,just look at the proportions!
in a party with +10.000 (most of them taking drugs) one died.. it happens (and not to often)
the problem is just one... LACK OF INFORMATION!
people use drugs without knowing what they are taking...without knowing the certain dose for its body.. if you're going to use drugs,do that.. but do with responsability and being aware of what are you doing. |

ok man i'm not saying it's right but common..
that is so old fashion...
young people are not that dumb,it's no like some bad evil man come to them and say "take this pill,it's gonna change your life,do it"
and the kid just do... they know drugs are bad,most of time know the consequences but they just dont care!
the thing is that the youth are irresponsable,and i see it everyday.
young people are well known to have the sense of "its not gonna happen to me".. well .. they're wrong!

It would be hard and expensive to kill urself with Meskalin, doubt anyone got this yet.
So Rajas word is good, coz it is saver to take meskalin or other psychedelics, like acid and shrooms, then chemicals like mda, mdma, meth etc..
And psychedelics, used right, are healthy in a way. I myself quite taking any other drugs due to the usage of psychedelics from time to time..

i think if somebody want to take.. just take it
but be aware of the consequences.. we cant blame anybody.. its a matter of choice and thats it
very sad but it will get more usual than that5-10 kids per year.. and banning raves is not the solution like our socity(Brazil) reckon..
there are a few points that in my opinion have to be revised in our country.. information, security, organization and select public wich doesnt mean that some candyfluffypsychokidz should not go to trance parties.. but as just happened the promoter of the rave will rave to explain loads of stuff to the police and iŽm sure heŽll get in a deep trouble and also the friends of the guy(wich was a minor) are being requested to go to the police to answer a couple of things and they might get in trouble as well..
i dont know the entirely solution but my thoughts are that is a bit late to solve the problem unless everything changes radically

... but this kid is an idiot and I'm pissed off that it's because of people like these that society looks down at techno parties as irresponsable acts of drug abuse. No one here is to blame except himself I'm sorry |
