It's pretty complex music with a lot going on, and I was impressed by how good the premasters sounded considering how dense the production was. I don't remember any particular problems arising in the mastering; I had to do two tracks a couple of times but that's not unusual. I hope I managed to do it justice!           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

I'm a big fan of his earlier albums, but I must say that this was a disappointment. It feels messy and there are too many (in my opinion) poor vocals ... I'm especially speechless concerning the remake of Delerium - "Silence" (track 8). What was he thinking?

Still a big fan of his earlier releases though - they are still an inspiration to me to this day. Respect           DJ pr0fane (Iboga Records) | Multiphase

I didnt like the album that much. However it was worth a one time listen.           Mushrooms make you do crazy stuff. Look at Mario he jumps on animal heads and fights with dragons.

ya know, most of you guys really aren't the most open minded group of music lovers...your specifications for what constitutes a "good" album is so narrow at this point that you should probably just stop listening to music and start making it yourself.

Listening to "Equilibrium (Original Mix)" right now...i think it sounds cool. would like to hear this on a big system.

Agree on that, some of the trax seem to be remade versions of what he played on Ozora 2011. I had great time in the chillout. So great i had to cancel all my other plans for that night ;D

Narrow-minded? Quite a judgement based on the impression of one album           DJ pr0fane (Iboga Records) | Multiphase

That's the thing with Andromeda/Chromosome, at first seems a bit comercial, but when you listen to it on a higher state of mind it really uplifts you, this album is slowly growing on me

haha, nice try, but that won't work on me. i've been on this forum for almost 9 years...long enough to know that most isratrancers like their music to always stay the same

i still love y'all though!

On the contrary, Rob, I think most people here quickly get sick of the same music. Especially when it starts falling into formulas and predictability.

That's why I don't dig this album. I'm looking for new stimulation. This album doesn't cut it for me. Calling people narrow minded for their taste is narrow minded. And you sound like a dick when you say it.

and you, dick hardman, sound like a dick (hardman), when you say... anything.

couldn't resist. sometimes you just have to go for the low hanging fruit. or, shall i say, a low hanging ball. ummm..what? wait...

i haven't heard the album, but that one track that was posted didn't really do anything for me. if there are vocals sprinkled all over the album, then i'm going to hate it for sure. which is too bad, cause some of his older stuff is pretty good. i'm going to go ahead and allow myself to be pretty close minded this one time and just say that vocals (and electric guitars) should just be kept as far away from psy as possible.           https://soundcloud.com/dead-end-dance

you know what annoys me about the trance family? on the local and lower tiers of artists and DJ's its all a big circle jerk with everyone telling each other how great everyone is, and if they don't think its great, the just keep their mouths shut. but as soon as someone starts to reach a wider audience than just the inner circles of psytrance, all of a sudden its fair game for loads of people to come out of the woodwork with something negative to say.

i know, i know, its a discussion that's been had here many times. for some reason, though, this thread made me want to rehash the subject.           http://soundcloud.com/rob-vector
