Best party i've been to for a long time,beautiful location of the ambient/trance stage with some very good music played at both stages.Congratulations to the organisers

It was just great!!!
Because of the organizers.
Because of the people.
Because of the place.
Because of the weather.
But not because of the music...(ambientrancedelica stage)
So i have a serious question:
Why the Void Network is so connected with the Natural High team? (especialy Iraklis Mindphaser)For so many parties?
For so many years?
At so many places?
There aren't any other local djs worth playing for you? I think there are much better djs from them...
I don't want to start some kind of war...
Just a question...
I respect very much your ideas and your opinions and also your utopic state of mind!
You are unique!
Many many bravo!
Please if there is no trouble try to reply to my question. |

i see the same persons (at least the "leaders") in both teams' events.
excuse me but i haven t understood the (practical) differ between natural high and greek void network till now...

The tradition still goes on for ages growth and genres passed...hopefully we enjoyed again a BIG party festival outdoors in athens!!!

Ok so...
First of all great place for festival. Good choice.
The vibes? Not the best but i didn't expect anything much better to be honest.. Some fights... not many people smiled, a lot seemed to be lost confused & a bit of afraid (from the acid, i guess??I understand them, the music that played until 5.30 didnt help, lol) trying to persuade themselves they had fun... But of course a lot of people danced and had a good time , for sure.
Music: After 5.30 music was very good/even great (especially during the morning). Advice to void network: Play more of this kind of music. More oldskool goa/psy, classic tracks that are PSYCHEDELIC in the whole sense of the world and move the crowd. Less boring melodic cheesy non-psychedelic fullon, we're fed up with it, that's what we listen for the last years. Hmarton!  Let the new generation learn about the golden era of psychedelic... Let's Dance in Trance from the midnight to the dawn... Back 2 the roots  (and from new era of psychedelic i would like to hear more of dark/twisted , and i mean some quality dark ... ) Until 5.30 music was mostly boring and indiferent to me (& many others)
Of course RESPECT to Void Network for organizing this event... I would like some reply on the music part especialy though

Dear friends
it seems that many people wondering how comes and people from Natural High family appear so often in the events of Void Network....The answer is easy and clear...Just because we are good friends, we trust and we respect each other, we share good time together and we like to make things together, to dream and make our dreams come true together...
Void Network is something completely different from Natural High but we are good friends and we help each other in many ways...Dimitri Nats participated in our tour in Germany last summer and Iraklis is an outopian and romantic person as also a wonderfull dj...From 1990 until now there are hundreds of djs that they played in the decks of Void Network...We like also goa trance style but the trance world seems to go further and we have to travel in the new styles also (sorry but we don't play dark trance...it doesn't fit to our hippy vibe...)
Also....please have in mind...
we gave 20.000 flyers in the last weeks all around the city...In these flyers we gave our email for open contact of all the creative persons, artists and activists that they want to participate in our events or to prepare an event together with us...We wait for your answers, your demos, your invitations for your events, your ideas, your dreams....Hope to see you soon...

Was there untill aproximately 5.00 and left because I didn't like the music. I only enjoyed a bit of Nikitas playing at the end of his set. Nice and deep progressive psychedelic with decent mixing. I didn't like the choises nor the mixing (no beatmatching) of Dimitris and the choises of Iraklis. I also agree that full on is going through a long period of crisis (I only like english full on nowadays) and it is rare that we get to hear deep and serious music. Hope for better things to come. A pity I missed goa trance playing. Maybe you should also try some good darkpsy irrespective of genre. I remember once a couple of years ago dark being played by Nikos in one of your parties in Polytexnioupoli and was very nice indeed.
