Allen & Heath will be releasing a new mixer:
The Xone-22
Allen & Heath has revealed ahead of NAMM 2009 that it plans to unveil two new products at the technology trade show this Friday.
One will excite DJs, the other probably won’t.
For jocks on a budget, the Xone:22 looks like it could be a great starting product for a DJ set up.
With two channels, Allen & Heath’s unparalleled low-pass and high-pass Voltage Control Filters (VCF), 3-band total kill EQ, and solid faders, the Xone:22 looks like it could be one of the best entry-level analogue DJ mixers on the market.
“We’ve raised the bar on entry level mixer design with the Xone:22,” said Xone’s head designer Andy Rigby-Jone. “It’s the first mixer at this price point to have a full cut isolator/EQ, accurate metering, quality faders and pro standard audio headroom.
“We want to offer the bedroom DJ a quality performance tool and a taste of the professional club experience.”
Looks nice indeed!
Although I think I'd prefer the Allen & Heath, as it got the filters.

You can get any effect you want and even make chains with the send/return if you add ableton live

The XONE 4D is pretty banging, its a nice upgrade from the 3D

works like a charm, but very expensive and you need projectors on top of the dvj´s and the mixer.. and alot of dvd´s with for example music videos and other stuff like cameras for the visuals..
more suitable for the mtv dj/vj i suppose

this xone 22 is in a nice price for an allen, but is it better than the ecler nuo 2? I think after i buy my monitor i will change my beringer vmx200, wondering if i go into this xone 22 or the ecler two that was right before i knew this xone

yeah, looks real bad ass, but the nuo2 alsos looks a damm nice mixer, and basically i found both new for the same price usd300
