Quadra is excellent, but not exactly new. Serotonia is his second album. The first one was released on Boom! back in 1999 or 2000.
I would vote for Onnomon - No Monno (Soular).

What albums were released by North American artists (not just US) this year anyway?? The two I know of off hand would be the Onnomon album and the Quadra album... Any others?

1200 Mics is Raja Ram and GMS - none of them live in the North America. And if they did, I'd go kick their ass for releasing such a piece of crap.

thanks for all the replies....onnomon n quadra making marks with their albums......in future will hear more tunes from their front.
and no second thought about Evan.......he really stole the show with this downtempoo and embarking style in the psy ambient world.
whats the newz with the waterjuice new album!?!
