hello again,
yuli my friend i guess you said what you have to said because you are good friend of eliad and you did some of the master for him......
so my friend you wrong big time because the money came from me each time for the press of the cd's.....i do have invoices from agitato for the press and i do have contrcat with agitato that me and him are agree to put out those relesaes but after i found out what eliad did i just stop the work with him....
if i distribution like you said why its not on the cd write excluisve distribution by kagdila?
my friend its wirte all right are for kagdila & agitato and i have proove for all........
yuli me and eliad we waz very good friends and i waz doing distribution for him in the state until he came to me with idea to be a label and put out cd's togthere i said perfect then we start working togthere as labels no more distribution.......who said agitato not doing good.....he did good....he came to me with that offer.........

so here is the answer because no one offer me to enjoy as agitato offer me and sign with me on contrcat.............
and let me tell you all we made 1300 copy for each relesaes we put out togthere all 1300 copy waz pay by kagdila i waz pay each time the press and i proove invoices and everything that i can proove from that 1300 i waz get 650 and agitato has 650 and the deal waz that im selling only to south north and central of america ....and agitato worldwide.....is that fair? i guess not....but i did it..........now all of you guys know why you said its not kagdila relesaes because agitato did 2 plates 1 only with is info nothing about kagdila but saying on the bottom all rights by kagdila and agitato ...
and second with all my info and his info as well and of course all right by kagdila and agitato etc........
i do not have any master .....all master at agitato.........i ask agitato to give me a copy of master ...he said for what when ever you need tell me and i will press and give you...of course i will need to pay for press.....
so before you judge or anything hear what people have to say.....because all what you heard about kagdila wrong and big lie's
i want to hear label or artist that i didnt pay to him or to them.....its no one..

My man, as I said again, the only reason I ever answered this is to show there is another side and I think he is not a member here. So basically you might be right and might be wrong but on the other dispute we had here before we had two sides making arguments and here its only you making your statement and no one to answer you. Moreover - labels should have their means to get the shares they are not getting thru lawyers - that is why there are labels ( apart from releasing music - to claim the money if there is a problem ).. When there is a problem between an artist and a label, artist is usually less fit to treat the problem. So if u have got contracts and u have been f@#ked by your fella collegue - take him to the court, don't be afraid.
So basically, since there is no other side to flip your coin, this topic is a waste of time
