this is one of the reasons why I use a 13:20 in my name....cause there's too many bodhisattvas in the music world and I had to differentiate in a way that others wouldn't. Same principle goes for naming albums and tracks, to a reasonable extent.
Aeon I wish I had a solution for you. All I can say is at least you had only 3 tracks released and your name credits are on those CDs, and that at least you found out B4 you released your album!

actualy there is a third Aeon producing psytrance and releasing before the 2 others and he's from Canada.
His first album was released in 96 and he was on mnay compilations afterwards, some available on online shop :

He is now 1/2 of nuclear Ramjet.
So I would say that before accusing someone of ripping off your name you should do your own reseach my friend. You could have found that out with a simple search for artist aeon on saikosounds. |

Sorry mate ... didn't mean to sound bitchy or anything, just found it strange that you were refering to online shops as there was already an aeon on saikosounds. I should read more carefully before posting ... my bad !!

Yeah its clearly an honest mix up by all concerned. I've met the UK Aeon (Lachlan) and he's a really nice guy and I'm sure he wouldn't have called himself Aeon if he had known, and vice versa with yourself Aeon (his US counterpart). Lachlan has gone under the name Aeon over on Psy-Forum UK for as long as I can remember. Its just a bit of a coincidental shame that 2 new artists both started releasing roughly around the same time.
