Don t need to waste your time in so many steps...just buy Bazzism vsti and you can shape your kick preatty much easier and with more control over the tools to achieve the sound you want to create...

Alias,
this plugin is based on the infected mushroom tutorial which is the same thing you re doing with adobe. In both cases(bazzism and adobe) the kick ll still ask for some sculpture such as eq, compression, etc...
I ve been using Bazzism and its great and simple...

ess765: i worked with any plugin for kick creation
bazzism,waldorf,abl pro, sound forge, wavelab...etc
adobe audition is the best choise for me....!
i dont like easy ways with music creation!
anyway....tnx for your advice!

same.....its very easy tutorial!
