Do you listen to the same artists you listen everytime or you have some specific dark artists which u like to listen in daytime ?
* those who don't like to listen dark in the morning they can just ignore this coz i don want this to become another dark vs morning thread...

I find V/A - Peace for the Wicked a good way to start my morning .. even Parasense Album - Past, Present, Future..

not all the time .. depends on the vibe of the party .. if theres been a good flow and a good dj playing .. derango etc cam be very cool in the morning .. but more often that not its just some silly kid with his latest mp3 killa terror trance out to prove how hardcore he is by blasting music which makes absolutely no sense once the suns out .. people just staring about confused as hell .. empty dance floor .. only the kid dj dancing ..lol

Since 95% of my trance collection is dark, it is the most listened too psy genre for me. I find it stimulating and a great way to start the morning, keeps me going throughout the day and can even fall asleep to it.
Musick is my drug of choice and I use it to set/extend a mood. |

oh sorry didn't read .. well these arent exactly `dark` but stuff like highko , cosmo , entropy , zirkin , dominator etc could work .. not too messy and hectic but still nice and heavy groove ..

Derango for sure, they played from 5-7 when I saw them last year, and it was the PERFECT time, just as the light starts creeping over the mountains...

thats about all I can think of at the moment. These are what I would play around first light to early morning at a party. As for listening, anything goes at any time, depends on what I feel like listening to. I always think, at a metal festival, they don't play 'morning metal', they play it hard all day and night. So why not harder psy? Though my opinion in regards to parties is the more diverse the lineup, the more different styles, the better, so long as it flows reasonably well.

I think its better to have the most dark sounds at night, like horror sounds and forrest music and to save full power dark for the morning... |
