I am finishing my degree on july and finally going on the big trip i waited for ...here is the dillema: i want to be in lots of trance partys, but where is better to go to : south america or the "mizrah" ??? cant decide ...
Not that partys is the only thing i want to see but u know.......can anyone help????
P.s anybody want to come with me cause i dont wanna go alone........... |

First of all, The "Mizrah" has always been considered the capital of psytrance parties (Goa, Koh Pan Gan...), so that's allways a good choice... but on the other hand, the party scene in south america has really developed over the last few years, especcially in Brazil & Mexico. So, i really don't know what's better...
About your "P.s" ; you should really go with some good freinds of your'es, and not with strangers!
after all, you don't want to be stuck 30000 miles from home, in a third world country, with a bunch of strangers.

well, my friends cant go cause:1.they r still deep in thier studys and 2.they dont want to go to thailand or india and they dont like trance..(too bad for them)
but that is not really a problem cause one of the good parts of the trip is to meet new people so ...i probably will eventually go alone......
anyways , thnx for the reply , i will probably go to the "mizrah".(cause i am curiouse about it).

i'm pretty much in the same phase of life also going to the BIG trip but if you go to East and you got the time and money go to Australia too, there's parties there and it's a great place to travel .
actually going with strangers or alone is great too, you meet new people all the time, some times you split up , some times get together again

Well, I really can't say much about the Mizrah (never been there), but I'm sure if you come to Brazil you will have a great time... we have lots of parties, really nice and beautiful people, very nice places, beaches... Well, you get the point.

Roy, I just came back from the "Mizrach" I spent there 7 months and included New Zealand in it. I cant say that with the exception of India, the trance scene is heavy... i mean, Koh-Pangan was shameful compared to all the stories i heard and movies i've seen... its just a big beach party and i feel that everyone that goes there just dosent want to say it sucked so they keep the "lie" going. The Full Moon parties' main dancefloor is commercial clubtrance and Prog House at best. With the exception of 2 places that Israeli USTA dj's usually play in, "The Zoom" and some other club i forgot the name of somewhere where you have to climb to. Anyway, all the other places play Darude and Britney Spears on the Full Moon. The other place on the beach "Vinyl" plays insanely fast bpm'ed trance with ultra bad equip. the result: "Hara'at".... I recommend India! NZ dosent have much of a trance scene either, maybe OZ more but still not enough... I have friends in South America (ive never been there) that are going to Trance parties in various countries... there are many more posts here in Isratrance about parties in brazil, just ask Luiz Paulo. i think because of the huge amounts of respects the Israeli travellers get in South America, they play better music there and not euro-trash mtv crap at parties like in thailand. Thanks S.no. White i mean those "israeli" run clubs in koh-pangan play great music and dont get me wrong, the dj's are excellent both with their selection and in mixing abilities... but the sound of the best isnt good and this is hardly a reason for the full moon. on the other hand, i feel like i came down a bit too hard on koh-pangan, the full moon is a fun experience i dont regret, but you know what? ive been at parties 10 times better in israel either in the beit shemesh area or anywhere north including all the shimonim you can stuff into a party... still better. Mumbai india is rapidly becoming a central vain for trance culture, just look at whats been going on there lately: Skazi, Logic Bomb Infected..... all live...need i say more? ask Boggle (IsraTrance) what he thinks of India, he should be able to help.

Thanks for all the replys , i am a little less confused than i was but i decided on the east cause anyways east or south america , i think i will have a good trip anyways , i do want to see south america also but i will leave for next time........
Actually thailand is only a stopping point between places so i wont be there for months , india is the main deal but OZ and NZ are very much also....

party secne or going to catch a tan on the beach
if u havent been to india[b/] and u want the party secne so go there u will enjoy any min.
but if u r looking to catch a tan on the beach go to fucking colombia[b/] 
but do what u think |

As far as I know, outdorr parties aren't a big thing in OZ and usualy tend to more club trance if any trance.
We're going to see the wizard of OZ.....

did u know the eclips is going to be held there.
i have been to oz and i can tell u 1 thing that we should learn from them how to orgenize a party

if you want good partys go to europe !!!!!!!!!!
