I just downloaded "Masters of Horror Composers Collection"; a bunch of soundtracks. mixed with minimal beats at a frantic bpm, twas a dark psychedelic experience for me... not a party, but what the fuck?? bombom |

when Niki played this weekend here he was describing alot of the stuff that was really layered and full of atmosphere and feeling as emotional tracks. If these type of tracks are what you are referring to as "emo" psy, then I don't care what you call it, psytrance needs alot more of it.
also, sometwhat off topic, but holy hell the new Mars Volta album is the most psychedelic thing I have heard in a long long time... WOW.. |

I was just clownin about the emo-psy and bluegrass core, completely fabricated. Don't know Daniel Johnson but soundz cool. Emo-psy is a shot at formulaic epic anthem trance which depends to much on happy sounding melodies to induce generic states of pleasure. Nothing to serious though.
Best post of the thread was from ohmy and do you guys know anything about this new polka-psy movement |
