bbc says it might rain a bit but the thing to remember is they have got it completely tits up the last two weeks in a row so it will probably be fine and lovely:)

i want to go 100%, but I am a little unsure about transportation..... all i have are my legs and what
the government provides.

i wonder whether it will be within reach of a train? Sounds optimistic to me. Otherwise: would anyone here have space in a car? I'm in London, but would be happy to meet at some reasonable place outside london (I think the event is fairly close by....)

jon,

you'll be surprised how many people will be getting there by public transport....

call the info line, find out where the nearest train station is and then go....

i would 99% chance that there will at least a couple of other trancers waiting you can share a taxi with - this is how i have got to liquid events in the past....

getting back will be easy.....           live life; be free

looking forward to hearing what you thought, morph.... here's some random things that I remember:

site was close to railway station (10 min walk) which was VERY good news for me... finding it was easy cos a police helicopter was hovering overhead with a massive searchlight (yeah it was biblical:)

Site was great: open grass area surrounded by woods. Me and Loveday (pal I went with) pitched our tent amongst the trees with some friendly people we met on the way in.

First session of music started at about 1 IIRC...
Maybe other people will talk about the music more. On the first night I particularly enjoyed Cosmosis who played mostly new material which was excellent.... he dances around a lot too which I think is a plus. I got to chat to him later in the weekend about geeky stuff (hoorah!)

People were very friendly and the atmosphere was great in general. The whole thing had a festival atmosphere I thought.

I prefered / remembered more of the music on saturday night / monday morning. There were LOADS more people dancing around by about 1am. Too many, and I was shattered, so after a while I had a power-nap. I woke up at 7 to catch the end of Deviant Species who had been excellent by all accounts. Later on we had a great bouncy set by Rinka Dink (what a loony:), and an ace 2 hr grand finale by shane gobi who never lets you down.

So the music was great and I really enjoyed stomping around with a bunch of lunatics. Fullon and progressive were both represented very well, so that's good. I have now decided that I prefer dancing when the sun comes up rather than at night: you can see who you are with and there tends to be more room to dance.... and people are usually a bit pickled:)

Ok Ill stop.... I could go on for ages about Liquid Connective because so much happened, all good.

it really was great spending the weekend with some of the people from VooV... e.g. when we all succumbed to the extreme comfort of bernie's van and faded to unconciousness till 1:30am on sunday morning:)

The weather was GREAT!! there was one downpour, in the afternoon when the music had stopped anyway. But the sun shone at other times, etc etc!

wow, returning to reality is hard work after a party like that.

I really wanna hear what everyone else thought!

well what party - jon's got it spot on- brilliant - musically i thought it was storming - comosis was brilliant - but the highlight for me was Shift - i was flagging and he came on and it was like having a rocket shoved up the arse and we were of again, miraculix rocked and so did rinka dink and Mr Gobi - unfortunately Deviant species missed em due to an issue with passing out - bummer!
but great atmosphere and lots of lovely people and for anyone who didn't go i got slightly sunburnt as well - believe it, the weather held! - well a bit of a downpour but it was during break time when the system was of! - top notch - i am so not looking forward to going back into clubs:(
