Well Christopher Lawrence is indeed one of the greatest djs out there and he is aware of psy trance for many many years now (heard him playing some psy trance tunes in 2002) but i guess that the release featured on the link you provided us dear Profane is done for an Israeli label or something who asked him to include these tracks on this cd in order to promote this music on new territories.I mean i would be suprised if i heared an Astrix tune in his live set ever, its too fast i guess.
The guy is mostly into progressive and trance with many tribal influences in his sets.

Well, apart from some of the other names on the list, he is actually also a DJ. Heard him play a pretty good DJ-set at Full Moon 2004, and he played a DJ-set on the last night at VooV in 2005 as well.

This is a list of the most popular names in dance music. They just call it a DJ list, but most of the DJs at this level produce or have produced records, and producers DJ. It's kind of a misnomer, but they don't really care, it's as much a fixture on the annual dance calendar as Miami in the europen winter and Ibiza in the summer. |

Of course Skazi is on the list. You try and perfectly mix 2 hours of 145BPM tracks one after another.

sad to see that ppl dont vote objectively.
i mean im or yahel is above zabiela, hawtin, vath, holden etc
instead of whining about how this list sucks, try to vote objectively and maybe one day it ll have a purpose of being
my opinion of course.
