1200 mics first album was good....the second was almost childish from a creative perspective....really cheesy samples etc....can't fault their production though. |

1st was different.. 2nd is different. Both were good at their times.
I find alot of difference between 1200 mics and other melodic fullon psy stuff by GMS. 2nd album of 1200 mics has got amazing trance effect and automemorable tunes.

1200 Mics - Ecstasy (Dado Remix) is so god damn nice, If you haven't heard this track, your really missing out on something! 
I would say the first album is the best, seems like im not the only one.. and Acid for Nothing is always a great laugh pr0fane!  |

1st by quite a long way IMO
each track stands out more in the 1st one to me
2nd is also great ......... but not as special as the 1st

first off, 1200 mics is GMS with Raja Ram (thats why it sounds like GMS).
the first is better in my opinion.
but Gemini, and Cancer are very nice... I don't think it competes with Salvia (how can you leave this out?).
both albums (more the first) deliver 'hook' tracks... songs that will grab you off the bat, but a few listens later, start to get annoying...

Well, the first was the "new" thing, I suppose it got ppl more excited and curious (although the all tracks drugs naming was a bit cheesy in my opinion)
They were also released in very diferent times, the fist one was released when everyone was wanting that kind of music , the second one was released in the middle of a full-on overload period, so I guess its normal it didn't get so much attention
I like them both, but for me personally the first one represented a lot more than the last one.
