Re-engergized from a long summer break, Hadshot Haheizar returns for a busy fall season ready to take the world's dancefloors by storm. Kicking things off is one of Hadshot's brightest rising stars, Schatsi, showcasing his distinctive psycho-elektro sound with his debut EP release, "Rhythm Machine".

Yoni has recently pushed into alternative musical territories with his Schatsi and Ace Ventura projects, infusing electro and progressive grooves with his signature warped touch. As Schatsi, he has already appeared on several compilations (including the universally-loved electrO'punk CD & LP) as well as taking on remix duties for electro superstar Mylo's imprint, Breastfed Recordings.

For the remix, Israeli IDM artist Faction explores fully new musical terrain adding their own signature abstraction into the mix. Residing in Tel Aviv, Yair Etziony and Rani Golan have been working in the studio together since they met in 1999. Sharing a common desire to display the complexities of everyday life through the palette of sound, the sound of faction incorporates a wide range of influences, including Brian Eno, My Bloody Valentine, Boards of Canada and Ulrich Schnauss, to name a few. Their debut album, The End of Tel Aviv, was released in 2004 the summer on the popular British IDM label Neo Ouija to wide acclaim.

"Rhythm Machine" gives a shining example of Schatsi's trademark style - a smooth blend of retro electro flavors, ethereal chords & atmospheres and demented FX pressed forwards by a vigorous bassline. Representing an innovative juxtaposition of classic electro-breaks themes with up-to-date production and mentality, "Rhythm Machine" is guaranteed to give the dancefloor a huge surprise they will surely appreciate.

"Rhythm Machine (Faction Remix)" shows the diversity of sounds which this young duo can craft in the studio. Going beyond their abstract listening-oriented electronics of the past, Faction retains the ghostly melodic feel of the original, while adding a new eerie minimalistic breakbeat feel which is just as perfect for the dancefloor as for the headphones. The bassline takes an ominous character while subtle and well-placed tones add to the otherworldly mood of this masterful remix. With a feeling of the calm before the store, this is a perfect piece for both the early evening hours as the intensity builds or for those gentle after-hours moments which still demand a bit of headiness.

B. Rhythm Machine (Faction Remix)

Schatsi is the man and this track is sweet electro soaked with 80's atmospheres. He has a lot to offer in his sleeve, believe me.. Lets wait till he unstashes it           A man with a "master plan" is often a woman
