The first Zolu Longue compilation. Fresh and new compiled by Xavier Fux - a 12 years DJ and a producer mostly in the Ibiza scene.
He started working on this one a year ago.
As you can see the tracklist is messed up.  different artists and very differentes genres -
like Sphongle's flamenco rhythm & groove, beautiful vocal chillout song by Solulstice, Jamaican
influcence, other beautiful vocal songs even in brazilian by Bebel Gilberto (daughter of the famous brazilian singer Joao Gilberto).
Overall wide ethnic influence of electronic music and also some touches of dub. as if it was shaped for all music lovers.
Personally I don't like a compilation to be messed up in gneres like this. I like to dive in a certain
compilation and enjoy the journey it's offering. surprises are always welcome but only one journey, ok? I can't efford a world wide flying ticket for my mind. =)
But... This one is sooo different!! Surprisingly Xavier succeed to keep in a magical way the same balance between groove and chillout. So all you have left to do is to sit and enjoy every second of this release. a full pleasure is promised!
IMO, it's the best chillout compilation so far released in 2002.

Thank you so much for your flattering comments, Its so nice to see that the work you have done has reached some people that have really enjoyed it!! It motivates to keep on believing in what you do...
A new Zulu Cd is on its way, again, 12 "messed up" traxx from different genres and styles trying to create music for all tastes and sensibilities...
Its called Siesta Sessions, and talks with Cisco, Wirikuta and Movingon are on the way to secure global distribution... Release date: June 1st

He Xavi...keep up the good work man...saw the website when Celli was here and showed me....u do really well out there amigo !!!! Might see u soonish in that new place u run in Ibiza....Celli told me it's the bomb !!!  Keep it up !!!
