I'm not the only one who was dicieved by Hercules Dregas!I have signed contract with him one year ago (maybe even longer), and he never sent me signed copy!Lately he was avoiding me, he won't answer my calls or my e-mails, all in all he is extremely unprofessional!I would advice everyone who is even considering to sign anything for ZMA, NOT TO DO THIS!!!
P.S. By the way my album is still not released! |

it will be rather usefull to show us the contract with my sign on it(never signed anything).
i sent u the contract to see terms and i told u that i might be interested in ur music and u thought i had the obligation to release your music.

Then just tell the guy that you dont want to release his music... it's as easy as that and the end of the story 
Why ignore his e-mails and phonecalls? But again I dont know the story so maybe Duca is out of line here? Who knows?

I'm just saying that it is highly unfair and unprofessional.You told me that we have a deal about releasing album 3 mounths ago!You said everything was ready and that you are sending me titles for the cover!If this is not true you could just say so!Why lieing to me? |

Animan as long as i am concerned there is no such an accusation all around the globe for not keeping your word.And i dont think that even 1000 witnesses can help you on that for accusing someone.Please correct me if i am wrong.
P.S I am not saying that Hercules gave his word to this guy by the way.

A similar story happend to Andrenochrome, he had undersigned contracts with Hercules and Hercules already payed the half of the advance but he never get back to Andrenochrome and he never released his album.
As I know it was impossible for Adrenochrome to reach Hercules and after a long decade of time Andrenochrome sold his album for 1 euro + cd-r throught private distribution.

...I've been fucked by this guy 3 times and i know many people who has been fucked as well... Ask opsis, son kite, peter didjital, vibrasphere, wizzy noise, lotus omega, yumade, adrenochrome... and the list can grow up... And a verbal deal is like a contract... And also with me he never respected our verbal deals + fucked me up showing no respect and much arrogance... Hercules everybody in the scene know who you are, maybe i know better than others since we have been in contact a lot before you fucked me up big time with your last story...

its none of anybody`s businees whats going on between artists and labels. simple as that.
misunderstandings r happening all over, not only in this scene... solve it and move on.

and dont tell me that there r none.
i just wish for the day that artists, labels & distributers will start working 2gather insted of fighting each other...
