On Cubase SX u can use the Tempo Track function(ctrl+t). But if u use a lot of audio events like a reverse, it will sound out of tempo. U will need to fix it, cause I think there´s no shortcut for this...
But it´s not the same as zip effect... Maybe if u load the entire track-loop on sampler, u can automate the pitch of the loop.

i dont understand why all fight which program is better when fl do simply evrything..and on the best side.. (do u just afraid to discover u waisted years on the wrong program...  but i think it dicussed too much anyhow)
