The only thing I know is that they are from sweden and got a new album 'Binary sky' on tranceform recs, which sounds very good. anymore info?

As i put in the cd and listened to it...i thought hey girl you bought the wrong genre...it was in the psytrance genre but THAT IS NO PSYTRANCE ! That is Trance or any UK-(sorry) SHIT ...
What do the others think about ? |

Hi people!
There's some more info on Y5 and other project's coming from the Cut&Paste Studio at: http://www.cutpaste.org/
And as far UK-Trance is concerned, it's not UK-Trance, Ypsilon 5 is from the Blue-Yellow People's Home. Maybe it sounds like UK Club Trance if you compare it with 80% of the stuff released today, but I'd recommend you to compare it with the older psy-trance sound and maybe you'll realize that there is a clear connection
