It's hard to chose just 5 producers but I will try
PSY
Prometheus - no one mentioned this "mad scientist" from Twisted crew? With all my respect to Simon and Ott, Benji is my favorite Twisted artist, really unique and trippy sound.
Tristan - I can listen to him 100 times and I'll still be amazed with his music and energy that he share with his audiance when he performe
Cosma - He had just two albums but both of those are all time classics, amazing producer
Astral Projection / MWNN - Because of them I started to listen psy trance...
Allaby / Zen Mechanics - Well I must add some "new age" producers hehe...They have it all, fresh ideas, innovative sound and crystal clear production, top notch artists
That's already 7 psy artist xD
Non psy
The Prodigy - They are band that was years ahead of their time, I got into electronic music because of them and their music 
Jean Michel Jarre - The Godfather of all electronic music
Rage Against The Machine - love their songs, I still often listen to their albums.Zack is great singer and Tom is one of the best guitarist, real genius..
Fat Boy Slim - In my opinion he and Prodigy always had the best ideas for their music videos and I had pleasure to hear his dj set at Exit festival five years ago, he's a real showman
Jimi Hendrix / The Doors - I don't listen them a lot but I do admire them, they acomplish a lot and became a true legends

1. Infected Mushroom
Their production skills are second to none, in my opinion, I love their music too.
It's full of emotion!
(Psy Purists, get over it. Music is music, if you don't like it don't listen to it. They are still Psy-Trance in my Eye's)
2. Kox-Box - My first Psy-Trance CD's I got, I fell in love with it. It was just so different compared to what I did listen to at the time.
3. Indra - Indra's tunes are always so full of energy! Love the track 'Dance Floor"
4. Ekoplex - Love at first Ear! Quite a meditative & forest feel to all his tracks. Once I play one of his albums I wont stop it untill it finishes.
5. Digicult - Man it's like the Psy you can really get down to. Can always pop a shuffle to Digicult.

1. Led Zeppelin - Who can ever forget this awesome band
2. The Beatles - Pioneers of Psychedelia
3. The Gorillaz - One of my all time favorites. Can't go wrong with Damon Albarn as the head of the "Band"
4. John Butler - Seriously good music with so much soul.
5. Muse - Well, what can I say. Just a great band!
