I think it would be cool to hear the story of how you came up with your production Alias. Lets hear it. Right now I can't think of my alias yet so I've been using John C (which I hate) for now. |

fregle is my nickname since i was 15... And i think it sounds nice, so i use that for psytrance at the moment... But i have different names for different projects. For DnB for example I use Bassment Brat... So people don't get confused (remember when tricky made a rock n roll cd? everybody was confused because he used his triphop name to release that cd, imho he should have taken another name for that project)... |

i liked the alias part...
my name came from the TV Show which it's name is "Alias",
the S.D6 it's a section in the goverment (as like as the C.I.A) that nobodey know's that it's exist's..
S.D6 = Section Doesent eXISt (Backword's the eXISt and you will get the Six in it)

Cartel - Usualy that word (what i heard radio and tv) conspire to a bad
ppl's , The under and the lower one of mafias , gang and drugs . But at
the same time can be also evrything ..
That union of those saintly holy cardinals make me
think of thats name (Mybe its not true .. And in imagination only) . God give
us the good .. God give us the bad .. And give us 120 years for . We should
think , Lorn and know what good for us for better life and living here on this
great planet .

Well, I've been producing trance with the name Dj Psicho just because I feel myself a psycho. I use the "i" in the name because alone is pronunced right.
Now I'm using "Max Abstraction" (I like it but a lot of people think my real name is Max..  )
For other projects I use "Rastasense" (dark) and "Majestix" (prog).

Kiriyama is a Japanese surname... If you translate it, it would mean something like "weed mountains", something I found out way later after picking it... Of course I got it from the incredible Masanobu Ando a.k.a. Kiriyama in Battle Royale! 
I'm a freak for Japanese art, music, movies, culture, language etc so I guess that's why...

once i was Area51 project... It was me and another guy it was a fullon project but after 2 and half years ive started 2 make tech trance and i was myself without the other guy... so...
ive decided that my new name will b gothica bcz of the gothic dark music style if u know this style...
it came from the blackmetal and stuff like that and gothic means something evil so it matches the music style...
ahhh! and i liked the movie! hhhhh

s0ft, my fullon project is based on my deviantart name. i was looking for something that implied a software company, like microsoft or something. i just settled on soft, then added a zero to make it 1337. i'll end up changing this.
fall off the floor, my freestyle/ambiant project comes from one of Murphy's Laws. Remember his popular one? "If something bad can happen, it will." Well, he had a less popular law; "If all else fails, you can't fall off the floor." Attatch your own meaning.
i really like finding creative names for tracks and projects.

I have 3 projects at the moment. one calls ENVELOP, (a friend I). and i don’t know explain because. perhaps because this word sounds nice.
Another one calls OXIGÊNIO, that it obviously wants to say Oxygen in Portuguese. This project is two friends and I, and the name came from our perception that the music works like oxygen to the dancefloor. When the music stops, the party stops.
And my main project calls DIESEL. One day in a party, I was seated close to the energy generator and repaired that the party does not exist without diesel oil.

A boobytrip is when someone spikes you with a hallucinogen: you drink your beer and 30 minutes later... taDAA, you've been boobytripped ! So it's a practical joke really.
I also liked the association with tripping on boobs, but that's another story

hmm... i got too many "alias":
Johnny Digital: I'm joao, wich some people say it's john in english  and digital sounds cool. I came up with it after hearing that one of the wu tang clan was called bobby digital
sy000321: top secret. i could loose my job if i told this.
Alien Invader: Based around de computer game, Space Invaders, but i'm just one... and an alien
Dark Tribal Technology: This project is over, the name were just a collage of words that sounded nice.
Digital Alien: Colab or Johnny Digital with Alien Invader (or me VS me )
DSP: Project with a friend. DSP stands for Digital Signal Processor or Deviant Satanic Path, or Disciples of the Sacred Pitch, et, etc Just something that i came up with. DSP can be the initials for a lot of stuff
