What we can actually do is to find a serverspace, not in isratrance, and in lets say web side address field in the profile (for those who don't have it filled with their web site) write the address of the picture.. it's a temporary solution, isn't it ?

We can host it on annexftp or something. It's not a problem to find somewhere with free hosting.
