Bosch, undoubtedly one of the most intense artists in and after his time. Thanks daya & Ellon. made for some great research along with that of Pieter Bruegel.
personally have always related the concept of psychedelic art with heavily detailed esoteric work that from what I read seems to be put under a label 'horror vacui' (fear of empty spaces)?!?
some others...

some amazing work by Mars-1. Thanks for the tip LumaDaylight.
@3Delica. Gaudi is one of the psychedelic masters. definitely relevant. If I'm not mistaken he also painted and did a lot of mosaic work.
