I can't really name one person or project. I think it changes all the time. Many of the artists who I used to consider "the best" no longer make music I really like. Others that I used to think were just "ok" have improved. Music is evolution, and never stays still. The moment the music stays still is the moment the creativity is lost. The best and most creative music comes from different people all the time.
