mine experience:
a few years ago, i made a small party on the beach, at night, it was the birthday from a friend of mine (to notice everything was impossible to drink..no clean drinks ), and i mexed for 4 hours..well not mixed..cause i didn´t knew how to use traktor properly back then, and most of the tunes was up and down fader nevertheless i "mixed" silicon sound - jaguar and i remenber everybody went insane on the tune..and they were not even payng much attention, to the set..but that one, i really felt a strong conectin between the people and the music..they acted weird, and wehen the tune ended it seemed the magik had faded..it was an intense moment..
the contrary the biggest conection between dj and me, was on boom 2004 chicago..fun fun fun..good vibe on that dj set..the mixes were imperfect, but the magik was from beggining till the end

the track that I have played the most and with which many people get nuts and love it is Minilogue - Space.
And the track that has drive me more nuts is 1987 by ticon, maybe there are others but that one is more fresh.

A few years back i played my first real outdoor party, just before one of the international acts.
As i started my first track (Abomination - Dividien) and the on the first kick the heavens opened up and it started POURING!
My first thought was AHH SHIT, but ppl came running to the dancefloor.
I was pretty shocked!
More and more people coming...rain kept on pouring.
I had to drape a towl over the mixer and CDJ's and was mixing with my hands under the towel. "BLIND!"
By my 3rd track, (Shift - Megatron) the crowd was going NUTS!
During the first few beats of Megatron, the power cut out.
It came on again like 20 secs later and the crowd was shouting for me to start that track from the begining, which i did.
They went mental all over again.
It was definately the best connection i felt with a crowd yet. gave me goose bumps etc.
I ended up having 3 power cuts in an otherwise perfect set, track selection and arrangement and mixing.
Was definately the highlight of my DJing career (and my first real big gig).
It earned me residency at the Organiser of the party.
My friends still talk about that set and it STILL gives me goosebumps!
I ended my set with Twisted System - Dissrepect.

Rinkadink playing a remix for Logic Bomb's Frequent Flyers.
And an Etnica Live, a couple of years ago. The hole thing, I can't name just one part.
That I played, probably Black & White's - Blade.
My friends went crazy. |

When Twenty Eight (Pedrao, Shove) were playing at Cafe Iguanas at Monterrey Pedrao knew I was totally feeling the groove.
Rinkadink also when he played in Equinoccio at Monterrey he also stared at me and gave me his good vibes! |
