Hi,
I've been producing my own music for last 6 years and spent all this time on the net browsing websites and looking for information about music producing, softwares, hardwares, mixing, mastering etc.
I like a lot about this forum and there are a lot of helpful stuff beyond it, but still I feel we need something more.
I have planned to publish a Producer Portal, were people are able to make a profile and tell about their experiences and problems they've faced on the way of becaming artist. We could publish reviews about VST synths, plugins and the lastest softwares. Some people could write blogs as tutorials. Keep book about gigs, festivals, happenings. Ask some artist to give us a interview and overview of equipments and technics.
All through we would have all together, in a one box.
This group could be consist of several members after setting up:
-Coder
-Graphics specialist
-News agent
-Updater
-Portal Developer
-Feedback coordinator
-Tutorial producer
-Software Reviewer
etc.

isnt it less work to find out what we need more (like you say in the beginning when referring to this board) and add this to this board (if there is anything to add) sounds to me like a bit less work. |
