Well it's quite predictable. Even free quality releases don't get the time of the day here. People seem to be caught in a loop of "star-struck" these days while those artists who truly give back to the community don't get much of their attention.
A interesting debate would be why people consider an artist releasing a CD better than an artist releasing for free.
