Lately in Greece they add advertisments (before the beggining of the movie) in specific company DVD's which you cant either skip or push forward when playing the original dvd in your player.
This is very very frustrating and can only be skipped if you own a copy of the movie where you can skip just everything.
If they want to add stupid advertisments its fine about me but they must give us the option to skip them if we dont like to watch them and not make us suffer for 2 full minutes watching promotions of Disneyland for example or other theme parks.
Damn marketing departments.

My buddy told me that 20th Century, Fox and Universal are signing exclusively to blueray and that means no more DVDs from these production companies. I don't know if that is true or not considering its hearsay. |

Blue Ray is a very new technology and i doubt these huge companies will stop producing DVD's which will still be the main thing in the market for at least the next 3 years.

No more HD-DVD he meant. DVD's will be around for atleast 5 more years. No worries.

The RIAA are finally understanding that DRM only hurts them. Movie studios next?
