haha! last june i found the house i'm now living in. i did a good search for this reason only. i didn't care for any other specification.
i rented this old penthouse-like appartment with the attributes that: 1) there is not other ppl on the same floor with me, 2) i don't have ppl above me, 3) the floor below has only 1 appartment which is empty, the owner is in England and the house is for sale, 4) the building i live in is not attached to any other building, 5) the nearest window to my studio is at a 8-10 meter distance.
so, i don't really give a shit anymore
