i have aquestion.

You make some years Psy music, you go to some LIve Gigs... you have fun and time...
..and than your wife becomes a baby and you are a Daddy.

Is it hard to make music in the "Babytime"?

And do you mean the "Musicmakertime" comes back?

What do you mean about this ?

hmm.. ..once i read an interview with talamasca...

about the way he would change his song because he became a daddy

he was sayin that because of the baby he got into a new phase in his life.... a very happy one...and it would lead him to make more happy tunes.. and not more those old psy freak t unes from talamasca that he used to do..

the result u can see around there...sell out kkkkk
i think he was meanin that " ow now im happy but i need money to take care of my child " kkk

but just a stupid joke.

i ha v eno ideia....... never had a child im not a dad but very interesting topic kk

but i dont think its gonna be hard to make music in the baby time...make music with ur baby ..and the child wil lgrow as a HARD Musician very nice haha

Awsome topic.

I am a dad to a very beautiful daughter, her name is Isabella and she is my most important creation
She gave me the first motivation to come back to the scene, who ever knows Enertopia, I have stopped for a few years releasing Psy trance, but my daughter motivated me in a very special way, bringing harmony into life and thinking in a more mature way.

She is now 22 months old, so all I can say is that for the times I got for producing changed, as a single guy, I used to have way more time to produce, during the day time, any day.
Nowdays it is when she goes to bed

I really don't mind it, since I got a very focused vision on the production, but the truth is that being a husband and a parent is very demanding, but, it is a great joy.

Also my wife is very supportive, and she is a great musician as well, an excellent singer.

Actually, you can hear my wife in the new OVNIMOON album, Human Spirit, she is VIVZ on the track Human Spirit, she did the voice samples

Me and my girlfriens will have a baby in november now.
I hope that i have time to produce then.
Allready now there is not so much time for it because work and stuff take all my time so I take the weekends and nights to produce my music.           hypnotica records

ive got a beautiful girl,9months. She means everything to me and i spend all the time i can with her( and her mother . Leaving less time for music, but i still manage to do some things in the late hours, when theyre not home or when i just have the time. So less time for music when your a dad?yes! and my wife wants 3 more :-O but nothing beats you daughter smiling at you when you come home from work!

i have a son, one year old. it was hard for me at first cause it wasnt planned. i had to stop playing live and a lot of resources and time had to go away from making and playing music. i have to admit i had a tough time dealing with that on a psychological level. i started abusing hard drugs. Then i got clean and starting adapting to be a father, and now i am very happy and i love my son deeply. Slowly things have become better even in music. Found a partner to invest on a studio and gigs are starting to flow. Being a father makes me happy now and that reflects on my music, im studying more and more motivated. being a father is the greatest high!

we have a son and hes also 1year old hes fun and pain in the ass at the same time!
kids suppose to be like this so its no surprise!
music making time indeed is less now but now we really take advantage of the spare time we can get to make it and we are more effective in making it !

our baby fortunately was no mistake its was a planned deal and a great one 100% success

hope in the near future we can provide little angel (hes name)a baby sister!

and a last word of a fathers wisdom... if u have willpower and lots of patience (and dipers with a broken nose)u can have kids and music and traveling and everything life doesnt stop with a baby u just have to adjust and after a while u get used to it and u get the fantastic feeling of seing ur baby grow and evolve to a better person than u ever where!!!!

I have no child, but I love to see all the psy daddy's out there I also love to see that you are all sticking it through and seeing that it's a good thing and that it actually helps you to be more focused and more responsible, which in turn shows through your music as you mature more congrats and don't give up!           ~Airyck~

Everyone else seemed to sum it up pretty well for me too. More stuff to do, better focus on the music when you get to it.           New Album: Jikkenteki - Flights Of Infinity

I got a daughter that is 15 months now, Disa.
She has her own myspace where you can see what a sweetie she is:
http://www.myspace.com/disadevi

Can't really say how much it affected my music making since I had difficulties finding the time for it anyway already before she came :\
For sure little children will keep you busy, but I also agree that it can help you get more focused and productive when you do find the time.
I really don't feel too restricted by her though...actually a dog is more limiting since it's hard to travel with it.

Disa came along to the last forest party I played and enjoyed checking out the dance floor with her flouro pink ear protections to keep those little ears safe
I was a bit worried it would be a hassle, and I guess some people will think it's irresponsible to bring such a small child to a party...but she really had a good time, as did I and her mother.           (``·.¸(``·.¸(``·.¸¸.·`´)¸.·`´)¸.·`´)

I have a son, 1 year and 8 months old...
Nice to here daddies here))
About music production - seriously less time, mainly i do it in the night, instead of sleeping)
But at the same time, absolutely no problems with inspiration and ideas, because you know that your time is limited and learn to plan it. I rarely produce music now if i don't know what I want to do.
Also, i have learned to produce in the bus and train, using a pen and a piece of paper, =). Very usefull, by the way, you can do the whole arrangement this way, so when you come to the pc u need just to find that sounds)
