I feel too guilty using these things without paying, so I save, and save, and save, and buy it. I know that I have done the right thing then.

mmm it's very difficult in my opinion to buy all the software i use because it's expensive and with that price you might as well buy hardware! I want to buy logic audio original version though! |

i think so too. in a certain way, these warez can be seen as "promo-versions", because there are a lot of people, who are now producing with a legal version of their sequencer, but would never have started to do so, when they had not have the possibility, to get into the whole thing without spending much money.
but if you see after some time, that producing is yours, pay respect to the creators of your software and buy it (at least as much as you can afford) |

4 example i appreciate rockstar games for creating the gta(grand theft auto)series so i bought the san andreas yesterday for 400nis- (and talking mainly to the israelis-  we need to buy something original once in a while  )

this is amazing.. how can microsoft charge anyone for using ilegal windows if they also do it. this is like the old story of labels and artists who want people to pay for their music if they also use ilegal software.
i realy agree with Psylopath, most people who buy software, have used cracked software before, and how can anyone not professional buy legal software and spend lots of $$, if they can get it for free in any pear to pear program?? with professional users this becomes a different question cause cracked software always have more bugs than original one, so if one is working professionally and making money with it, the require quality software.
but in the end, i really hope microsoft to pay for their sins heheheh |

It seems from you words like Microsoft it's something like big building with Bill Gaytes inside when that's all , Microsoft is huge organization when Gaytes only founder of it , it has thousands of employes who must to follow copyrights when they produce or programm anything for their company . I hardly believe that Microsoft do not have any sound designers as employes when they also release console and Pc games in which all samples should be done by these employes . |

big companies tend to hire small companies to do smapp specialistic jobs like sound format conversion and stuff.,
they even have programs where they share pieces of their windoze source code with 3rd party companies.,,
but this is still speculation., i'm just saying that i think it's a 3rd party cause microsoft have a pretty hard anti-picary policy themselfs just because they would be sued to hell otherwise .,

I still think that Microsft make all programming internal and have many sound designers to design games such Halo(which sell more copies than any other game) . though what you say about 3rd parties is logical . I'm pretty sure that person who had created these wav files on cracked Sound Forge made it for some kind of purpose , if you know what i mean . I hope it will teach all giant organizations to check legality of software their employes use .
From legal policy laws i don't realy see anyone prooves that the deepzOne on tag is the cracker and not the sound designer . |

If music still digital there is a possibility to trace you, just get analogue mixer, tape recorder or any other device that you can remove digital data with. |
