Maybe are you talkin' about Jo Yummi, who is Joachim Heizmann from Hamburg.
He's got a chill out track "Effektküche" released on Global Psychedelic Trance vol8 (Spirit Zone).

I think its the same as Jo Yummi, but on the OV Silence chapter 2 compilaiton, they're down as Yo Yummi.
Its a progressive track, though I had heard that they do chillout/downbeat as well.
So any more infos on this talent?
