not entirely true with the boot.ini. since vista the ms guys got a different bootloader.
safest bet is to install every os on a different partition. then use "easybcd" to configure the bootmanager. it might be an advantage to copy the necessary boot files to each partition (google for tutorial)
keep in mind that it's an advantage to have a second physical hard drive. you can set up the swap file to another drive so you have no jumping drive headers while writing to the swapfile. so set up a partition the size of your swap file and defrag that partition regularly. wtcontig comes to mind, a good single file/folder defrag utility btw
if you by any chance want to operate something like a linux or a hack mac, go for a proper boot manager. grub or acronis boot manager. but keep in mind, you have to copy the necessary boot files to each windows os partition ^^

wicked congrats!
did you build it yourself or was it already made?
i am currently speccing up a very similar build, and wondering whether i7 is worth the extra over i5!

Not to my experience, but this motherboard can always be upgraded from an i5 to an i7 processor, not that you'd need it. At least not anytime soon. Trust me, you will not max the i5 750 with 2.67 ghz out.
I really tried everything at once, not once did the cpu meter spike!
The computer was built for me upon me choosing the parts I wanted in it. 1 year spare parts and labor...
