Congrats! When you can afford to add in a SSD as your main drive you'll have even better performance for fairly cheap. SSD's are... amazing.

Want to buy the i7 but they convince me i dont need it when this is more for a video work .
So this is 'Improved' i5 With some changes (Its different in any parameter then the basic i5) :
More power ! , Big and better fan's - 'HEAT-PIPE COLD' , Alot of place - 1 Tera , 8G Ram .
Electronic equipment realy cheap here in israel , I pay 5,000 Nis .
4,200 for the computer 800 for the philips screen .

By the way .. NEVER/DONT BUY 'MAG' SCREEN !!!
'Mag' company realy disappoint me , Sure its a famous and a very big corporation over the world and during the 15 years i saw them everywhere (The old and the big one 17") here in israel 50% with 'Proview' screens .
So year ago i went to 'Office Depot' and buy me 2 'Mag' 22" for my studio (900 Nis each) And some how they both dont work right now , So sure i still have the guaranty (For 3 years) But when ill fix them i sell them in a minute .

I find in my philips screen 2 cable options VGA & DVI-D but in the computer i have only DVI-D enter So i cant connect them right now directly (Got from philips co' only VGA cable in) . So .. Waht better buy .. DVI-D +- Cable Or just an 'Adapter' between them both And/So what bring me the best quality results ? Thanks in advance .

sorry to say but for audio work an i7 is by far a better choice..
i7 2600k or 2500k is the best choice.. who ever said you that i5 is better cos i7 is more for video is a jackass and just wants to get rid of some stock...
audio work needs the fastest cpu/ram/hdd your money can buy.. period.
@orgytime.
propably you cant afford one that is the reason you say its a fail.
cos the rest it offers is just better performance, less heat, no noise.
except price the only real drawback is the work cycles is about 5000 read and writes and thats about 10 years of normal work and about 7 years of hard work.
hard drives are the slowest component in computers these days.
when you try an ssd its very hard to go back.
an ssd for the system and apps is the best choice.
compliment it with a fast and large mechanical drive for audio and rest of the files and you have a great system.

if you want low latencies and rock solid drivers stay away of focusrite.
look in the realms of native instruments, cakewalk/edirol/roland for this amount of money.
i use to have a focusrite pro24 dsp. nice card but latency i could not go lower than 8ms without cracks and pops.
i could achieve lower latencies with usb cards from native and edirol.
