hi tuetrax, what`s up?
I used to have a pair of yamaha msp5 studio monitors, they are very (i mean, very) flat, i missed some of the low end (5"speaker). I'm now using alesis m1 mk2 studio monitors, and, to tell you the thruth, i really miss my msp5`s.....
IMHO it`s a great buy
Cheers

arhh seusicha i could have used you a week ago yeah thought they would need some low-end and also heard they where flat as hell. Kind of what i wanted. BUT, i couldent wait and i couldent hear them anywhere around here in denmark that i know of, so, i whent down to my "supply'er" and got the yamaha hs80m. Im really really happy with those, still think msp5, as you say, would be a good buy also, but know i got some low end as well. I can hear stuff not there on my truth 2031A so to sum up: thanks alot for your reply, i still wanna hear the MSP5 though but for know im really happy with these! Can greatly recommend them!!! Cheers m8!

yes mate, nice construction quality but for the sound i suggest you to do a comparison cause is also related to personal taste and conditions (studio size, distance, volume...).           http://soundcloud.com/alphadelphi
