I'm sure as hell not gonna play this one !!!! This promoter still hasn't paid me the fee of the party of 19/04/2004 till now as promised at least a 100 times !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also Triptych, who was booked there for a friend's price and without a contract, didn't get paid yet, and Thorsten, the promoter of this even thinks he's gonna walk away with it and not pay ! I'd like everybody to be very carefull with this man, since he's absolutely not a man of his word. I personally got the promise that my money would be there "in a week or 5 days maximum" for at least a dozen times. Everytime again I check my account after some days, and it's not there....and the next excuse is coming from this man....stories about not having a house, trouble with his girlfriend and all sorts of drama are passing by, and they might be true partLy, although even this is being doubted highly now.....but it's sure no reason to bullshit and lie to others for months in a row about money-transfers that are never really being made. THIS GUY OWES ME MONEY, HE OWES TRIPTYCH MONEY, HE OWES LEMURIANS MONEY, HE OWES INKUBATOR (AEON RECS) MONEY, HE OWES IGUANA/NAKED TOURIST MONEY AND HE OWES MONEY TO ALL LOCAL DJ'S THAT PLAYED THIS PARTY !!!! Quite a few of these locals never got paid as they should have gotten paid since mr. Thorsten was probably to busy feeding his own amphetamine addiction. I'm sorry to put such nasty words out here, but I personally had enough of this guy fucking with me and other artists and I'm gonna put the dirt out on him now so people at least know what he's really about behind that big smile he's so good at putting up. Thorsten owes me a lot of money, he didn't respect the deal at all.
And above all his behaviour was scandalous, after the 19/04/04 party he just left us, i had to go to the aiport by myself, i was in Dortmund and my plane was in Köln!!

Hello,
We can't believe that this kind of things happens!!
This promoter totally fucked one of our artists and didn't respect him, leaving him in the middle of nothing, two hours from the airport, never paid his fee and now, he has the fucking nerve to come back with a party again!
This kind of promoter should be kicked out of the scene by all the actors of Trance!
People like this don't have their place in the professional side of Trance !

Peoples you know i was arrested by the police in this night! and i`ve bled many for this!
My Girfriend has given all one money! but they didnt know who is who and who get how much! the only thing she now was the bill from mushroom magazine she have give this money correct and the rest was left she divided with the acts left! but still it was not enough money to pay all correct!

After the third Party i have write to you e mails i think it was 3 to everyone! i wont to clear all the shit and give you the money back! but i can`t give it all at one piece! and you never give me an answer back! no time!
Can you tell me what i can do ? make a bank assault ? transfer to santaclaus ?

2. Gosse Berda
It was settled you plays on next party Xperience V and gets there the remainder of 150 euro to your gage! You remember 05.06.2004 "sunny beats night" in Cologne have we a party made where I you already money give!
and we wanted to make the remainder on the next party!
on my birthday to 04.09 into neuss the "xperience IV" unfortunately you could not do there because you believe I in Portugal were. Therefore we said the "Xperience V" in February! And now you make one broke in such a way here?
You write me over icq I are a son of a bitch, and which you to the next party me with befriend from you which on the muzzle to strike would like and all so beautiful hires where I no desire has that everything to show now here!
Then you do not have to surprise I from the party delete yourself!
Therefore you go off here in such a way! and to your report I want still write!
Iguana/ Björn didn`t get money from me!
Inkubator didnt get money from me!
and all the local dj`s didnt want any money from me for the "Xperience III"

Hehe...this all could be funny, if it wouldn't be really sad somehow allready. All these hallow meaningless words above are just nothing but a cheap attempt to kinda "devide and rule" as the tactics are called. It's a simple and mostly working principle indeed. You promise and declare in public that you tried to do everything you could to pay...but unfortunately that is soooooooooo hard to do, so you make it sounds like it was the mistake of the artists ! (while you got their phonenumbers/e-mails and MSN Messenger contacts of 'em also of me several times !!!) Sure Thorsten, you really think that Charles and L'elf would post there comments here, and Janosch/Lemurians if you would not fucked us all for months in a row? You really think we all believe here that you tried so hard to reach us and pay us all? I gave you my accountnumber at least a few times, had at least 3-5 promises of you that the money would be deposited that week. Some time ago I told you I really needed that money, the week before I ask you again and you said it was deposited and should be there in 5 days max. I checked the day I left, which was 5 days after that...NOTHING AS ALWAYS !!! Then on top of this I come home 3 weeks later and it's still not there !!!!  Again loose words that mean nothing, just like this sad attempt to make us believe you really tried to pay us. I don't know about you Thorsten, but if I wanna pay someone, then I know how to get in touch with them. I gave you several ways of contacting the guys, phonenumbers and msn messenger contacts and e-mails.....so pls safe your breath trying to make us believe that you tried soooooooooo hard to pay us all. I fixed you the booking of Triptych for cheaper than normal, without a contract, because I knew you from the 1st 2 parties, where you treated me correct, so we all did you a favour....then when things start to go bad for you, you just decide that you're gonna fuck us all and just promise things for months in a row that you never do? How long do you expect people to have patience with you? You have been online for I don't know how many times in the last months, now even everyday, again you tell the artists to get in touch with you, but it's YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY US IN TIME AND TO GET IN TOUCH WITH US !!!! You simply refused to install MSN Messenger during at leats the period of 2 months, while I told you that you could reach Charles/Triptych,everyday there, besides that Lemurians and Triptych can be reaches here in Isratrance also....so plz plz plz cut the bullshit ok? The fact that you're calling me names here on top of it only shows the kinda level of communication you seem to appreciate, 'cause I think personally that being patient with you for about 7 months has been more than enough. The fact that you mention that someone like Inkubator didn't want money. I spoke to him online after meeting him on your party and he told me you owe him money, that he's waiting for it for months allready, so personally all I can do is to get all these guys over here and explain they're story. If I'm not mistaken that's absolutely gonna make you look like a total ass, but you seem to like and want that, so that's what you're probably gonna get. And let's say that for the good will we assume that you're willing to pay, it still doesn't explain why you lie all the time. First to all of us personally about getting paid after you got out of the policestationover here and telling people that I was gonna get paid in february on your next party, which is just nothing but one of those fantasy-stories that come alive in your head, probably 'cause they fit so well in your way of thinking....but I never even heard of this and I sure as hell wouldn't check my account everytime for the money you were gonna send and that would be there in 5 days. For the rest I'm gonna finish this conversation now 'cause it's getting down to the same level as my conversations with you....to absolutely nothing. Just to give you all my last point of view, a descent promoter doesn't need 7 months to pay first of all, 2nd a descent promoter doesn't make all sorts of bullshit promises and not do them, that's simply nothing but abusing people's personal trust and stretching it up till disrespectfull levels. 3rd....you show all sorts of disrespect to all of us by lieing here about all sorts of facts...you're a con, a fake, a rip-off and an absolute amateur in making parties and dealing with professional or semi-profession artists. Even your local dj's and friends you don't respect by showing them the proper payment....you fucked up promotion of your own party several times, and then when there's not enough people, all your friends and local dj's suddenly don't get paid.....is that how you think party organizing should work? Don't you realize it is YOUR risk? If party organizers make profit, we hardly ever get paid extra as dj's/live-acts, but when there's not enough money we are always the first ones to pay together with the deco-teams/vj's...which I think in many cases is unfair. And of course it's nice when friends tell you they don't want money on such a moment when they know you lost money bigtime, that shows great spirit of THEM, but not of you I'm afraid !!!! For me partyorganizers like this are like bloodsuckers and vampires, they live off the work and energy of other people...but are to lazy to fix their own things to make sure everybody has a good time and can get paid. You have been sitting on your ass the last party where you fucked up totally with promotion and when things go bad and there's not enough people, we all have to pay your bills? You owe us money for 7 months and now you try and make it sound like you tried to pay half of us, but we make it impossible to get paid, and the other half didn't want money? Maaaaaaaaaaaaan....it's almost getting funny, can you see at all how rediculous this must sound  Maybe I'm just off another planet, but to me even when I wouldn't know anything about a party promoter at all from personal experience, that you absolutely sound like someone who's hopelessly trying to safe his own ass in such a pathetic way, it kinda makes me sad 'cause maybe it shows you really don't even realize how hopeless you present yourself here and how hopeless you are in being a professional party organizer. Maybe you should stop with those nasty nose-filling habbits if that's still a hobby of yours...it might give you a clear look on reality again...I wish ya goodluck with it and you'll hear from me again....next time with the list of people that were not paid correctly and how much you actually failed to pay ! i actually do not care about your probs, i have my own ones.
but i do care about promises. and u promised me (and obviously alot of other ppl) to pay me a low amount of money, which was ok since i could try to sell my compilation at your party. well, i sold like 10 cd`s and didnt get a cent from the promised money to pay my and my friends travel. we both played for you, the dancefloor was working and we received only good words about our set.
we did our work, you didnt. that is what counts. the fact, that i later (like 4 months later, my friend) told u to forget about my money u can concern as an act of charity, poor ppl need some support and i really dont need your money.
obviously u cannot afford making parties. so dont do it.
just gimme more of the same. its just a test! |

2. I didnt tell i have work so hard to try to reach triptych and lemurians! i have sayd i have write 3 e mails and all the bookings and details all the time we checked over e mail contact! And than i get no answer, yes its right i don`t do anything more like this! and i dont do now anything more! You have my e mail account! give me an answer or leave it!
that is the last thing i have to say about this fucking up story here !!
