the party is 40 min from tlv to the north, there for we wont take the risk of having it outdoors. it will take place in a pretty club with a close private garden and a big porch above it (a small "gan eruim").
its not outdoors but i think you'l like it...

to all of u outdoorers:
i cant argue with u about your preferences, i want outdoors also but as u probabley know a party like this is planned a few weeks ahead and since its winter (or atleast suppose to be...) and we still cant predict the weather for the month ahead...
but its not an hangar or something, its gan eruim and ppl usually like it there.
maybe next time. down south.
and yes, risks ARE good :-)
