As this keyboard is now available in a nice price, with 16 rotary controller knobs, I was wondering if anyone owns it, or seen it in action. Some feedback could help, i'm planning to buy it.

cme's look good. I hope they feel good as well, coz the earlier models had a bit crappy feel. The knobs that is, the keys were OK. Still, anyone TRIED the XBOARD?

I have an emu sound card.
i Highly recomend you stay away from anything they make.
my sound card freqeunetly crashes, the drivers suck and the user control is really bad.
it's to bad because the acutal card is pretty good.
i assume that a midi meyboard is less "sensitive" but id go for M-AUDIO whose keyboard i bought and am very satisfied.
btw, i bought the evolution 49c and while its great, i think it has more knobs than i'll ever use and the octave range is made obsolete by the transpose button, unless your sure you will utilise the extra buttons/octaves i would recomend going for something smaller like the oxygen 8

i don't know abt EMU soundcards but the midi controller keyboards are great...i have the smaller version the xboard 25 n i'm really happy with it...the keys are much better than the evolution & m-audio one's (i checked all of em b4 buying it)
