The only setting's you have is in the controll panel
ASIO Resolution : 24bit or 16bit
System Preformance(latency) : Fast or Normal
Sample Rate: 44.100 kHz
Davice : X-Station

Lets say i want to use X-station as controller but i want to have the soudcards Asiodrivers and have a project in 24bit/96khz
then i cant use the X-station driver, how will things work?
i dont see why the X-station must take care of all the sound...
Adrenal Mode can you explain this?
i dont have a X-station but i was thinking about one..
but if i have to use it as a sound interface i would lose lots of options from lets say a Rme soundcard or whatever... cause as i see it its X-station that is working as a soundcard?
please fill me in how it works

Hey, first the X-Station sound card has nothing to do with the synth or the midi control, you can work with the midi or synth without the sound card, think of it like you have one more sound card in your daw and if you wants to use it just choose it. 
I use the X-Station sound card only for live, just conect the USB cable to your leptop or DAW and choose it.
very easy to use, you can play with it just the way you need it.

I work & show in 44.100kHz and 24bit.
btw the x station sound card working well with those settings |

Btw Adrenal Mode, while you are so kind and helpfull i might ask...
i have a Yamaha An1x, if i want to be able to run both the yamaha and the X-station, will i need a midi interface, like m-audio midisport, to be able to use both synth and controller in action at same time?
I want to sort some questions out before i know what to get |

you can't use both devices at the same time if you dont have midisport.
you have 1 midi in and 2 out to controll device's and you have 2 audio input's for mic and guitar, so you can conect the An1x to the audio inputs in the x station and hear it, you can also controll the An1x from the x station but you cant use them both at the same time unless you have midisport.

... god dam it..... not only do I have the same clicks and pops.... BUT i have another issue........ I can hear my laptop through the monitors.... like a high pitch sound... the sound of the processor.. electricity etc etc.... I thought it was cheap 'unsheilded' cables... but I got new 'expensive' cables and still the same thing...... I have done a lot of trouble shooting... and it is with out doubt the x-station..... (if i turn up the Input 1/2 volume.. it gets worse... turn it to zero and it reduces but doesnt go away all together?!?!?!) ~ could it be a dodgy X-station?? anyone else have a similar problem??
