...simon posford is by far the best of the best ..a sonic architect.... i would like him to move his home to athens and create a music college & a twisted studio dedicated to the beautiful music .... Of course we want Hallucinogen to play in Athens .. in a small stadium or smtg ... Simon rules ..... |

I am all for Simon coming to play in Athens. I would not mind going out to hear the old classics and feel like its '94 all over again and probably see some old friends that would attend such a night.
Last time I saw him was a the Twisted party 2 years ago in London (think the venue was the Rocket). His set hasn't changed much, and although it was nice, it was a bit too wishy-washy and simply not driving enough.
I didn't think it was great, just ok.
The floor's reaction was testament to that.
Dimitri played before him and had everyone moving.
Simon comes on and although the people were crammed in like sardines, they looked a bit lost as in they were trying to find something in the music to dance to, yet couldn't.
Then Tristan comes on and sorts the party right out. He smashed the dance floor to smithereens I tells ya!
Not saying I don't want Simon in Greece, but if I had a choice, I would rather see GBU, Dado, Dimitri, Serge, and especially, Tristan.
