what kind of woosh?
try white noise with the right envelope settings, some effects like delay etc.
or a nice crash with much delay. or both 
additionally u can use a bandpassfilter with a good amount reso and play with the frequency |

crash reversed with some delay and reverb should do the trick.
or you can try
White noise with some low pass filter that opens slowly from low to high
make sure the sustain is 100%
Throw some delay and reverb and you have a decent swoosh effect
