mate
in the days of Eatern Rain, there were no plugins available.
Besides, there are many sounds there - how can I know which one you refer to ?

Best is to post a sample of the sound that u want to know how it is made.
No one can imagine what u mean if u say 'that sound of that track' or 'how is that track made', be more specific. Maybe someone can help u then.

Im assuming that u mean the arp lead type thing.
If so then thats not a particularly hard sound to make with any decent synth. Just sounds like a couple of saw waves, with quite quite short settings on the filter and amp envelopes.
Compressed with a pretty big ratio to give it that clicky sound and obviously a generous helping of delay... There also seems to be some automation of the panning too.
Junglist, Pro 53, V-Station.... just to name a few.

super easy since its a pretty standard sound. just use any normal synth like albino2, saw waveform, notes on a high scale (prob like C4ish or something), very short attack, almost no release, short sustain, a lil bit of a 3-step delay, done. |
