Anyone knows if the wireless card and the pcmcia card are sharing bandwidth? Cause when the wireless is on the sound stops for a few miliseconds when I am playing audio. That happens a few times during one song. Is there a way to limit the wireless card? Cause it is 54 mb/s, but my internet connection is only 1. So if I could limit my card to 2 or 3, maybe that problem would be solved.

if ur internet is 1mbps, then i don't believe there is a difference between limiting the modem to the same number or not.

What might happen is some kind of sharing on the pcmcia bus, or hopefully some virtual irq share which windows can handle.

since laptops are a bit harder to configure, i think maybe u can contact dell or rme support and let them help their customers a little.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

just take it out when you're producing music, it's plug & play. another option which I usally use is to disable the internet interface when I'm producing.           "a new art came into my mind which only you can create, the Art of Noises, the logical consequence of your marvelous innovations."
