I can't listen to house any more, that period in my life is done, and house and I don't get along any longer.
But thanks anyway
Other than that, well, I reckon trip-hop is a winter time music.
And I'll think of other winter tracks..

dub trees - magnetica -- amazing track!!!
ishq - bhakti -- actully the whole album is great for winter nights!
v/a - the mystery of the thirteen crystal skulls great compilation for the winter!
cosmosis - afterglow one of my all times favorite ambient track!
ohh and ofcourse the 2 shpongle albums!

Biosphere - Shenzhou (wow)
Pete Namlook - Air 1 (esp. track #4 -- "Je suis Triste et seul ici" = I'm sad and lonely here, very... wintry)
Smashing Pumpkins - Soothe (a beautiful song imho)
The 'Requiem for a Dream' main theme (the one 'summer overture' etc) -- very emotional.
Have a warm soothing winter
