Winter depression?

Hi lovely psy freaks..
I just want to share with you all, how much i love trance.
I don't know if it has been a winter depression, but suddenly, not because it's getting warmer, cos it's not really up here in the north, but my love for trance has returned.
For a long periode i did'nt want to listen to it or even go to parties.
Now from a a clear sky everything came back.
Am i the only one?
I was one of them that had alot of arguments inhere about mainsteem music. And i would like to take it all back.
Even tho i do think that alot of musik has become very commercial, i can't really care anymore, i found my way back to pure psy-trance, which made me so happy again, and there are loads of people who love it, and keep loving it! 
i love my psy trance, i love the parties and i love all the sweet people around.
i know this topic is probably pretty unnessersary, but i thought it would be nice for people to read.

And hope to see you all in the summer at some wicked festival there is to come!

its because you had moved to a different contry and its allways hard to move to a new place specially if its a new contry where you dont know how all the things work and getting settle in 
and now you are on easterbreak here with us and we are going to have a fantastic easter with the dragonfly label party and the festivals are near so no need to get all down allthoug its hard sometimes 
and glad to you are happy you sould be cunt, you got your first 3 tracks coming out on some good labels and all that:P
but anyway even thoug we are in seperat contries now, we are still here for you and you know that

Cunt - i know that so well. I got to know that even more since i moved. And that makes me very happy.
I think i am not the only one who is so effected on the weather.
But i think it's also because i stopped thinking about all the negativ's and start thinking about things that really matters. Not which track is worse than the other. Instead someone very special in my life changed my closedmindedness for music, and let me back into pure psy-trance.
That is what makes me so happy...
For a long time i can smile at the parties, not that i did'nt before, but real smiles.
If anyone is going to London to party, i can recomment "The Rocket" with all my heart. This is a place for beautyful people and beautyful sound!

The last few months i have gone completely off mainstream and listen only to Chill and Fusion with the exception of the really OLD SKOOl style like..

depressions are usualy caused by the lack of neuro-transmittors that control the depression in the nerve system. solar sun light naturaly provides that necessary neuro-transmittor our brain fights depression with, corect me if I'm wrong this neuro-chemical called "Serotonin"
thats why most of the ppl feel much more positive and happy under sun exposure. (hehe olso on d)
in europe for example winter depression is a very common disease among it's population , as a result of the lack of sun. nowdays reaserchers had found an accesable easy solution, for that depression: stay under a halogen lamp at list one hour a day. in that pattorn one's sortons can be artificialy provide to the brain, and prevent unnecessary dipressions.
that explains why many of us feel more energetic and happy during the summer time. 
hmm in hallucinative drugs the active substance is directly affective on this Serotonin and enormously reduces the amount of Serotonin in the brain, one's who has got not enough Serotonin to begin with,,, ah ah thats a no no  hehehe

Don't worry mate!
I'm from 1 of the sunniest places in the world (MALTA) and this happens to me probably more cause here in Malta I am so used to good weather that I freak up in winter (which is only 3 months) but what you're saying is true the weather does effect your music mood but these are phases we all go through.Apart from that with today's music it's more than normal cause in my opinion out of every 100 tracks you get maybe 5 good ones so....
You should start producing your own music and in winter take advantage of your mood and produce something dark but GOOD! |
