Has anybody tried to run logic audio silver on win2000??
and if so, how did it work??
Please dont mention XP cause i dont want to run that...

...normally win2k has better abilities for multimedia than 98, but i don t know in this case (...i ve run platinum 4.5 till 5.2 under w2k. since v 4.81 there wasn t many probs )

if nobody here has any advices.

actualy xp is very good for music u just have to know how to configure it right and tweak all his options! 
the main problem for most of the people is that their computers arent good enough to run it :/
new os for new computers

What is wrong about XP?
You can turn all the eye candy off, thus increasing performance and making it look like good old 98.
XP is a lot better.
