Hello Orgytime,
http://www.thomann.de/de/maudio_oxygen_8_v2.htm
This one definately is good.
Try to go for Oxygen 49 if you can.I have it.It will give you more octaves and it is very handy too.So my suggestion is to go for M-Audio oxygen 49

If you get a Novation Remote SL it will definitely change your workflow lol
Monitoring devices, know where you go
Mass media, total control
Digital delight, desire in megabite
Data overflow, virtual suicide
This information, is disinformation

have in mind the emu in that price range orgy. I bought it recently and works like a charm, also it has decent knobs (i didnt like the rotary of the others), and better keys than the oxygen

Yea the Novation remote controllers are really good if
you wanna avoid the timeconsuming programming of diffrent vsts..i got the remote compact sl...its cheaper than the original but it still got automap but less buttons n knobs
A very cheap dawcontroller is the BCF2000
Its got an emulation mode that makes it similar to a mackie control...motorised faders and some knobs..there is also an emulated led screen when contolling vsts |

I would agree, out of the cheaper controllers the xboards have the best feeling keys and knobs.
With that said, I'll give another vote for a novation remote sl, best controller keyboard I've owned

I vote for Oxygen 8.
  You believe in the users?
Yeah, sure. If I don't have a user, then who wrote me? |

thx alot guys!
i think ill take this one
http://www.thomann.de/gr/emu_xboard_25.htm
i want it small, and i cant play much piano anyway because of my tendon-problem.
hopefully its easier to programm/install than my emu soundcard...
ps, got no money for Novation Remote SL, and if so... i would save more and buy nordlead2.
thanks!
